For one the phone hangs.
The ear piece volume has its limitations
The lens cover opens up, if stored in pocket. If this happens often, lens is likely to get dusty.
It is slow to response.
The organiser is better then the other phones. SAR is good.
Keypad congested, need toothpick fingers to operate.
If you notice all the other praises are for the camera, not the phone. Primarily it is a phone.
In vibration mode, weak vibration alert.
secondly try sending an email to the service center. And see the reply you get, if any.
Try contacting the service center and see, how many times you got to dial to get a response, if any.
I am not against the phone. Overall i feel except for the camera, the K750i, W800, W810 are as good. Bearing price into consideration.

JIM Hi,there.I have my V800 for the last 4 months.Recently i found out by reading this forum the way to set a mp3 as a ringtone by using DRM Packager, so now i'm completely satisfied! Is there a way to add tones to be used for the messages alert? Thanks!

The battery is good (4-5 days) and the design is what I need. Mine is over 1 year old and the problems started to appear: the joystick works only when it wants (3 direction only Joystick :)) ), the back-cover opens very easily now and the margins are loosing the paint. This was the ugly part.

Ron Hardon Just got the phone....love all except retrieving the contact phone numbers drives me mad with its Smart menu. How can I just search by pressing any letter? I press a certain letter and I do not get all the contacts listed under that letter! Help!!
