mike sullivan Out of 10 cell phones I've owned; this is the best. Although dinky, it literally bounces when dropped--and still works. Using a Wilson cell antenna, it has great range regardless of Voice Streams weak coverage off the freeway--and non-existent analog coverage. It's controls are somewhat Nokia-like; so it's easy to switch from the big "N." It has more thoughtful features than the latter, like a flickering green light to let you know the power is on; an analog clock screen saveer, etc.

My name is Ovidiu Scaunas, and I am from Romania. I bought a Nec mobile phone from a shop named Goldstern. First, it was all Ok. But now I have some very big probelms with it. First, my battery performance is less than 24 hours. I have to recharge it even twice a day. I really don't like the performances of this telephone. When I bought it, it was Ok. The battery was guaranteed for just 30 days. So, I could'n go and repair it later. I don't know if the problem is because of you, or because of the ones from Goldstern who, probably, changed my battery with another. I would like you to tell me what to do, or else I think I would better buy myself another phone. I am sure that any other phone, at a lower price might be better than this. I am waitin for your answer at OviScaunas@sunos.com.

Anyone thinking about buying this phone DON'T DON'T DON'T! I have had this phone since March 06 and it has already been replaced 4 times. Crap sound quality and too many software issues. This phone is worse than a man's temperament! It may look sleek but believe me it is a headache!
